You may make and maintain up to two (2) back-up Software Copies, provided they are used for archival purposes only. You may transfer the Software including all updates on a permanent basis provided you retain no copies, the recipient agrees to the terms of this Agreement, and LegaLees is notified of the change of product registration. You may not make Software copies, except as permitted above. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, time-share, lend, or transfer the Software or your rights as a LegaLees Masters Member under this license, except transfers may be made as permitted above. You may not remove or obscure any copyright or trademark notices.
